I've modified the previous design that I posted. This one now has internal bracing and a nice white LED power indicator.
I'm currently working on the LED resistors to get the right brightness. This is more important than some might realise as when sitting on-axis with an LED they are considerably brighter. My uncle has sent me some resistors and I'll do some trial and error until it's just right.
Here is the cutting list for one loudspeaker. The only thing missing is a cut-out for a power switch..
